Insurvey is having a composite laboratory at Kolkata for Mechanical, Metallurgical and Chemical Testing for a variety of merchandise as per National & International Standards or Contractual Specification. Insurvey's Destructive Testing Laboratory for Ferrous and Non Ferrous items, Rubber and Plastics is accreditated to NATIONAL ACCREDITATION BOARD FOR TESTING AND CALIBRATION LABORATORIES, Quality Council of India, under ISO/IEC 17025 for the following items in broad head:

For full size Bolts: Tensile, Hardness, Wedge tensile, Head soundness, Proof Load test, Shear Strength & cantilever test. For machined specimen - Yield strength 0.2% proof Stress, UTS and elongation, Dump test of Rivets, Torque test of bolts.
N.B.: All above testing arrangements are available with a maximum load of 60 ton for the sizes.
